Our goal was to grow into an up to date karting track equipped with the latest technologies. We wanted to create a more captivating experience and get our clients to return more often. The biggest challenge for us was to convince the entire team of SMS-Timings expertise in this field. SMS-Timing tries out new things and they are very innovative, which we didn't see at other companies. This is why we believed that with their knowledge and software we would get the largest growth margin and we decided to go for SMS-Timing.
During the installation
Transitioning to new software is never easy. The extensive possibilities of the SMS-Timing software seemed to make our installation process a little difficult because the installers couldn't easily change some features that we wanted on the spot. Our opening weekend was also a really busy one, which is why we experienced the installation process as pretty chaotic and unclear. The time we were supposed to use for training needed to be used for other things, so it was insufficient at that time. We recommend planning the training at a quieter moment, so you can get used to the software at an easy pace, unlike us. Even though the installation process did not go as we expected it to, SMS-Timing was there the entire time and tried their best to help us even with our most impossible requests.
Luckily we got up to speed really fast after this first weekend and now everything is fine! When we have questions or technical problems SMS-Timing is still helping us very well so definitely a big thumbs up for the support team! They give us a lot of attention even when we are a little slow to catch up sometimes. What we think SMS-Timing is giving us today? A huge telephone bill because of all the support calls we make? No I'm kidding! Their software is very helpful in our business. We can now retrieve a lot of very useful data and statistics which was not possible before we had SMS-Timing. I feel like the only time SMS-Timing is not useful to me is when I'm having breakfast or when I'm in the shower!
