Job description

  • You are responsible for helping, supporting and educating customers - both on the phone and on location -
  • You ensure an active follow-up of customers on how they use our software and services and provide them with improvements
  • You travel to install software on site and provide training to our customers

Profile

  • You hold a Bachelor's degree or equivalent through experience
  • You are in possession of a full drivers license
  • You are able to speak English and French or German
  • You are flexible (traveling, weekend and evening work)
